By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below. All work will be carried out as per approved specifications and under the supervision of experienced professionals, ensuring compliance with UAE standards and safety regulations. The scope of services, pricing, and project timelines will be clearly defined in the official quotation and agreed upon before work begins. Once a project has commenced, any changes to the original scope may result in additional costs and adjustments in delivery timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring site access, electricity, water, and any other basic facilities necessary to perform our work smoothly. Any delay in providing such access or requirements may affect the project schedule. While we take the utmost care in the handling and application of all materials, Dry Zone Insulation Contracting is not liable for damage caused by unforeseen structural defects, prior workmanship, or extreme weather conditions beyond our control.

All payments shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms in the quotation or invoice. A mobilization advance is usually required prior to project commencement, and balance payments are expected as per the defined milestones or upon completion. In the event of project cancellation or delay by the client after mobilization, the client may be liable for costs incurred, including material procurement, labor charges, and administrative fees.

In case of disputes or disagreements arising from the execution of services, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. By continuing to use our services or signing an agreement or quotation, the client acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions as stated above.
